Meet our new intern, Ms Buzza!

Hello Grade 5! My name is Ms. Buzza and I cannot wait to meet you this week! I am in my final year of universiy for learning how to be a teacher, I attend the University of Winnipeg in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I love science, reading, and swimming. I have never been to Greece (or even Europe) before, so I’m sure you will have a lot to show me and tell me about!

In Canada, our Easter was last weekend and children wake up eagerly to go on an Easter egg hunt and see what the Easter bunny has brought. What are your Easter traditions? I hope the rest of your break is wonderful and I am looking forward to getting to know you over the next month!

  3. Dear Mrs. Buzza,
    Welcome to ACS Athens! 😀
I bet everyone is eager to meet you and show you everything you need to know about ACS.
Are you going to be a helper or a teacher? I hope you love our school and have a great time with us!
Wishing you a great easter break,
Anna B. from Mrs. Kynigou’s class

  4. Dear Ms.Buzza,
Welcome to Europe, Greece and ACS! I can’t wait to meet you this week. I am also interested to meet you because I love swimming (I do swimming after school) and I love science. I hope you will enjoy Greece, and some of our Easter traditions are to eat a lot of meat (on Easter day), eat Easter eggs, and meet up with our godfathers. In Greece, godfathers give their godchildren shoes and Easter eggs, and sometimes clothes. I hope this information taught you a bit more about Easter traditions in Greece. I am looking forward to meeting you!
    Sincerely,
    Ann-Marie
    P.S Love from Ms.Kynigou’s class!
